Currently, under construction, this three-storey office building will feature a number of different businesses. Modlux Interiors designed all of the interior design for each tenant, on all floors of the building. Each business functions differently, so providing finishes and details that appear cohesive throughout, but allow each business to operate as intended, proved to be the most exciting challenge.
